If you are on the mend, perhaps from depression, bipolar or schizophrenia why not go for a walk in the great outdoors? I know it can be very difficult to leave the house when you’re feeling mentally ill. Sometimes going out is the last thing you want to do. Going for a walk though is a great way to heal yourself. I suggest joining the Ramblers. You can join a group that is near you and find likeminded people. Having a connection with someone new and making new friends will really help your mental health. You could even become a volunteer.
