If, like me, you take many different medications, why not try Medisafe? This app will keep track of your meds, alert you when you have missed them and even alert your partner or care giver - yes the app will send a warning to your friend or care giver after 30 minutes if they haven't ticked it as taken. A fantastic app.
I take Lithium, Lurasidone, Clomipramine and Clozapine. A concoction but it really helps. If you are new to mental health problems and have recently been diagnosed, I'm afraid that you may have to get used to taking quite a few medications.
